Cancellation Policy

To ensure that I am able to meet the needs of my valued clients while maintaining the efficiency of my schedule, I have established the following cancellation policy:

LATE ARRIVALS

In order to respect both your time and my own, I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a reduced treatment time and arriving more than 30 minutes late will require rescheduling your appointment.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

I understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and we may need to reschedule your appointment. I ask that whenever possible, you notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling requests atleast 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations with out 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of your treatment cost that will need to be paid before booking your next appointment.

NO-SHOWS

In the case of missing your appointment with out any notification, a fee of 100% of the missed treatment cost will be incurred that will need to be paid before booking your next appointment.
